Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

Middletown-Neshaminy Baseball (“MN Baseball,” “we,” “us”) runs this website to help families find registration, programs, field information, and league news. This policy explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • You do not need an account to use this website, and it has no payment forms.
  • The website has four forms: Contact, Volunteer sign-up, Sponsorship request, and “Interested in joining our team?” What you send goes only to the league.
  • We do not use advertising trackers, and visitors are not given cookies.
  • We count how many times each sponsor’s logo is clicked, as anonymous daily totals.
  • Player registration and payments happen on Sports Connect, which has its own privacy policy.
  • We never sell or rent personal information.

Information we collect

When you browse. You can use every page of this website without telling us who you are. Like almost every website, the company that hosts it automatically keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use these logs to identify individual visitors.

When you send one of our forms. The forms are part of this website, not run by an outside form company. We receive only what you type in:

  • Contact: your name, email, phone number if you give one, what your message is about, and your message.
  • Volunteer sign-up: your name, email and phone number; whether you are 18 or older, and a parent or guardian’s name if you are not; whether you have a child in the league, and if so the child’s name, program and division; the roles and days you are interested in; your experience and skills; whether you have current Pennsylvania clearances; and any questions. The form never asks for clearance numbers, dates of birth, or Social Security numbers. The league collects any clearance paperwork separately.
  • Sponsorship request: your business name, your name, email and phone number if you give one, the sponsorship level you are interested in, whether you have sponsored before, and any preferences or notes (which may include the name of a child whose team you would like to sponsor).
  • Interested in joining our team?: your name, email, phone number if you give one, what interests you, and anything you tell us about yourself.

Each form is emailed to the league volunteer who handles that topic, and a copy is kept in the website’s private admin area, which only the league volunteers who manage the site can see. We use what you send only to answer you and to run the league.

Keeping the forms free of spam. To stop automated junk, the website limits how many forms can be sent from one connection in an hour. To do that it keeps a scrambled code made from your connection details for one hour. It cannot be turned back into your IP address and is not stored with your answers. If a form is sent with something missing, your answers are held for up to ten minutes so the page can show them back to you to fix.

When you email us. If you contact the league by email, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you and to run the league.

Sponsor link counts. When you click a sponsor’s logo, the website adds one to that sponsor’s count for the day, so we can show sponsors how many visitors the league sent them. We store only the totals, not who clicked. To avoid counting the same person twice in a day, and to stop automated traffic, the site briefly keeps a scrambled code made from your connection details. It cannot be turned back into your IP address, and it is deleted after 24 hours.

Registration and payments

Player registration, waivers, and payments are handled by Sports Connect (Stack Sports), not by this website. When you follow a “Register” link you leave this site, and the information you enter there is collected and protected under Stack Sports’ privacy policy. This website never sees or stores your card details.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for visitors, including when you send a form. Cookies are used only when league volunteers log in to update the site.

Other services and links

To display its lettering, this website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google and shares your IP address with Google when a page loads. Google’s use of that information is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Form messages are delivered to the league’s email accounts, so the email provider the league uses also handles them under its own privacy policy.

The website also links to other sites, including Sports Connect, the league’s Facebook page, Google Maps for directions, Google Calendar for adding league dates, and our sponsors’ websites. Those sites are not run by the league, and their own privacy policies apply once you visit them.

Photos of players

Photos on this website show players, volunteers, and league events. To protect players’ privacy, captions avoid full names, contact details, and schedule details. If you would like a photo removed (of your child or of yourself), email MNBaseball215@gmail.com and tell us which one. We will take it down.

Children’s privacy

Many of the players in our league are children. This website is meant for parents, guardians, and the community, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some forms ask a parent or guardian for a child’s name, program or division so we can place a volunteer or sponsor; that information comes from the adult filling in the form. If you believe a child has sent us personal information through this website, please contact us and we will delete it.

How information is shared

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share it only when needed to run the league (for example, passing your question to the board member who can answer it) or when the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Forms sent through this website are deleted from the website automatically 18 months after they arrive. Copies that reached league volunteers by email, and emails you send us directly, are kept only as long as they are useful for running the league. You can ask us to delete yours at any time. Sponsor click counts are kept as totals with no personal information attached, and the temporary codes described above are deleted after one hour (forms) or 24 hours (sponsor clicks).

Your choices

You can ask what information the league holds about you from this website, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to remove a photo. Email MNBaseball215@gmail.com and we will respond as soon as we can.

Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles information changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
